For complex and sensitive organizations

A simple experience. A deliberately scoped deployment.

Bring your data, review, identity, and infrastructure requirements. We’ll assess a practical path, including private or on-premise deployment where feasible.

The problem

Expertise is distributed. The communication burden should not be.

In a company of around 100 people, a communication team can spend its time chasing experts. A useful first workflow brings together a permitted contribution, an accurate explanation, and the right person to review it.

What we scope together

Put the complexity in the right place.

01

People and responsibilities

Who contributes the facts? Who speaks for the company? Who approves source use or final wording? Start with one team and an explicit owner for each decision.

02

Data and permitted use

Define allowed sources, excluded material, attribution, read access, AI use, retention, and deletion. An internal source does not automatically become public material.

03

Infrastructure and dependencies

Specify hosting, networking, identity, model, email, and external connection needs. Isolation or on-premise requirements need an assessment of these dependencies.

04

The outcome and its operation

Agree on a useful first deliverable, its quality, the review effort, and operational responsibilities. A successful limited scope should precede a wider rollout.

Private and on-premise hosting

An option to assess against your context.

On-premise deployment is a scope to assess, not an available turnkey offering today. We need to confirm external dependencies, identity requirements, operations, upgrades, and support before committing.

We do not claim unverified certification, air-gapped availability, or service commitments. The conversation should produce a feasible scope and explicit acceptance criteria.

A useful place to begin

Explore the source material, review roles, and concrete outputs before the conversation.
